Fedor was born in Moscow in 1984. He received an MS in Physics. In 2012-2014 Fedor is participant in educational programs «Photography as a research» and workshops in FotoDepartament fund in St. Petersburg. His main area of research is interaction between landscape and history, the memories and its visual investigation through the field of photography.
