Delivery
Your order will be shipped internationally through the Russian Post or EMS Russian Post service. Reference number to track your order will be provide by e-mail.
Orders can be shipped to an address of your choice so, please, be careful to fill in all parts of your address.
Parcels are usually shipped within 3 working days since payment is received.
How we ship
Books. Packaging is the most important thing to you, and to us. We take extra care in our packaging so that the books arrive to you in the condition we sent it.
Our packaging will systematically include bubblewrap and cardboard sheets or a cardboard box.
Our boxes are custom-made for each order and will perfectly fit your order. We re-use and recycle cardboard boxes to prepare our parcels. They may not always look nice, but they will protect the books perfectly
Prints. The small prints will be sent in a reusable hard reinforced envelope, the medium and large prints will be rolled in reusable cardboard tubes.
