In 2012 the territory of Moscow increased more than twice. That was not happen due to expansion of the outer limits of the city but by joining  the part of the Moscow region. About 70 percent of these areas are forests and fields, and the population of cities and towns is about a quarter of a million people.

The idea of the New Moscow looks very brave and global, but it’s hard to imagine how these forests will become a part of the megapolis, part of the capital, with its rush, thousands of cars and tight neighborhoods. This resignification of the space is very exciting and inspiring.

Today being on these territories means being on the road. Fields and forests, small towns and the road itself — these are the satellites that are around me all the time. And trough it I’ve tried to imagine the future, imagine this potential but still very blurry and abstract change.
